Gregg S. Fisher is Founder, Analyst & Portfolio Manager of Quent Capital, the asset management firm he founded to invest at the leading edge of global innovation. He oversees approximately $3 billion in assets, including the firm’s flagship global small-cap long/short equity strategy focused on innovative small-cap businesses and emerging themes reshaping the global economy.
Over a career spanning every major market cycle since 1992, Gregg has developed an investment approach grounded in science, data, and perspectives across business, science, technology, and economics to identify the intangible drivers of long-term business value. His areas of focus include AI, robotics, genomics, space, and other transformative technologies.
Rigorous research is a defining part of Gregg’s perspective. He has authored dozens of peer-reviewed articles, maintains relationships with leading academics and industry leaders, and established the Quent Research Collaborative to explore new frontiers in investment research.
He chairs the investment committee for the nearly $2 billion SUNY Buffalo endowment and serves on advisory councils for Columbia University and the University of Texas.
